Google Cloud Platform (GCP) provides the core cloud infrastructure used to host and operate the product platforms. Its services support virtual machine workloads, containerized applications through Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), object storage through Google Cloud Storage (GCS), and large-scale data processing and analytics through BigQuery. GCP enables the platforms to run application services, store operational and product-related data, scale computing resources based on demand, and support reliable availability of production systems. It also provides the underlying infrastructure required for deployment, networking, storage, analytics, backup-related workflows, and other technical functions necessary for day-to-day platform operations.
Data encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS). IAM-based access.
Cloudflare is used to provide edge-level security, availability, and performance services for the product platforms. Its Web Application Firewall (WAF) helps filter and block malicious web traffic, while its content delivery network (CDN) improves the delivery of web content by serving requests through distributed edge infrastructure. Cloudflare also provides distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) protection to help maintain service availability during abnormal or high-volume traffic events. In this role, Cloudflare operates primarily as a protective and performance layer between users and the application infrastructure, helping reduce exposure to common internet-based threats and improve responsiveness for users accessing the platforms.
No persistent storage. Provides edge-level protection and performance.
MongoDB Atlas is used as a managed NoSQL database service for storing and retrieving data required by CloudStuff products. The service supports application workflows that need flexible, scalable data storage and enables platform components to persist information used during normal product operations. MongoDB Atlas is accessed by authorized application services and systems that require database functionality, and it supports the availability and performance of data-driven features within the platforms. Its role is limited to database-related processing associated with the operation of the products, including storing structured or semi-structured application data and making that data available to authorized services when needed.
Data encrypted at rest and in transit. Connections secured.
BigQuery, provided through Google Cloud Platform, is used for analytics, reporting, and large-scale querying of data generated or processed by the CloudStuff products. It enables authorized teams and platform services to analyze datasets, prepare operational or product reports, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. BigQuery is particularly suited to processing large volumes of information without requiring the application platform to run analytical workloads directly on transactional systems. In this role, it supports reporting pipelines, aggregated analysis, performance measurement, and other analytical use cases that help teams understand platform activity and maintain visibility into relevant operational and product-level metrics.
TLS 1.2+ in transit, encryption at rest, IAM policies enforced.
Grafana and Prometheus are used for infrastructure and application monitoring across the CloudStuff product environments. Prometheus collects and stores technical metrics from systems, services, and application components, while Grafana is used to visualize those metrics through dashboards and monitoring views. Together, they help engineering and operations teams monitor system health, resource utilization, application performance, availability, and other technical indicators that are important for reliable platform operations. The tools support troubleshooting, incident investigation, capacity planning, and performance monitoring by providing visibility into system behavior over time. Their use is focused on operational telemetry and monitoring rather than customer-facing product functionality.
Role-based access. No PII processed. Hosted within a secure internal environment.
Mailgun is used to support transactional email delivery for the CloudStuff products. The service enables the platforms to send system-generated emails that are required as part of normal application workflows, such as notifications, alerts, account-related messages, and other operational communications triggered by platform activity. Mailgun provides the email delivery infrastructure needed to route these messages to their intended recipients and to record limited delivery-related information required for transmission and troubleshooting. Its role is focused on sending transactional communications generated by the products rather than providing general-purpose marketing functionality, and processing is limited to information necessary to prepare, deliver, and monitor the relevant emails.
TLS-secured communication. Data retention limited. Logs only for sent emails.
Google Cloud Logging is used to collect and centralize logs generated by applications, infrastructure components, systems, and network-related services supporting the CloudStuff products. Centralized logging gives authorized engineering and operations teams a consolidated view of technical events and system activity, which supports monitoring, troubleshooting, incident investigation, debugging, and operational analysis. Log data may also be used to identify errors, investigate service disruptions, and understand the behavior of platform components over time. Where required for further analysis or retention workflows, logs can be exported to other Google Cloud services such as BigQuery or Google Cloud Storage in accordance with the platform’s operational requirements.
Logs encrypted at rest/in transit. IAM-restricted access. Exportable to BigQuery/GCS.
Zoho is used to support customer relationship management and customer support ticketing activities associated with the CloudStuff products. The service helps authorized business and support personnel organize customer-related interactions, maintain records needed to manage support requests, track the status of customer issues, and coordinate responses across relevant teams. It may contain information that customers or users provide when communicating with support, together with internal notes required to investigate and resolve those requests. Zoho is used as an operational support system rather than as part of the core product processing environment, and access is restricted to personnel who require it for customer service or related business functions.
Data encrypted in transit and at rest. Access restricted to support personnel.
Amplitude, Inc. provides analytics and visualization capabilities used to understand product experience and feature usage within the CloudStuff products. The service helps product and engineering teams evaluate how users interact with platform features, review usage patterns, measure engagement with specific product functionality, and analyze trends that may inform product improvements. Information collected for these purposes is used to generate analytical views, dashboards, and reports that support product decision-making and experience optimization. Amplitude’s role is focused on product analytics rather than core application hosting or transactional processing, and it is used to help teams assess how platform capabilities are adopted and used over time.
Used for product experience and feature usage analysis.
Atlassian products are used for project management, engineering activity tracking, issue management, and product quality documentation supporting the CloudStuff products. These tools help product, engineering, and related teams plan work, document requirements, track development tasks, record defects or issues, coordinate remediation activities, and maintain supporting technical or operational documentation. Atlassian systems provide a structured workspace for collaboration across the software development lifecycle and enable teams to maintain traceability for work items and product changes. Their use is primarily internal and supports the organization, documentation, and management of activities required to develop, maintain, test, and improve the product platforms.
Access controlled internally. Used for documentation and issue tracking.
GitHub is used as a web-based version control and software development collaboration platform for engineering work related to the CloudStuff products. It enables authorized developers to store and manage source code repositories, track changes to code, collaborate through branches and pull requests, review proposed modifications, and maintain a history of software development activity. GitHub also supports coordination of development workflows and helps engineering teams manage contributions to application code and related technical assets. Its role is primarily to support software development and source code management rather than direct customer-facing processing, with access limited to personnel who require repository access for their assigned engineering responsibilities.
