In May 2025 product updates, we aimed at helping advertisers, networks, and operations teams run smarter campaigns, simplify workflows, and maintain stronger compliance.

From advanced retargeting controls to real-time conversion notifications, these updates focus on improving performance, transparency, and operational efficiency. Here is everything you need to know about the latest features:

1. Enhanced Retargeting Tags with Multi-Domain Support

Retargeting Tags

Retargeting tags are bits of code that track user activity on your website. It allows advertisers to re-engage visitors with targeted ads across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Trackier has upgraded its retargeting tag system to provide more flexibility and precision:

  • Campaign-level and global tags – Add retargeting pixels specifically to a campaign or enable them globally across all campaigns. Trackier generates the required script automatically, ready to put on your website.
  • Multi-domain support – You can now link up to 5 domains per retargeting setup. This allows businesses running multiple websites to track users more effectively across all domains.
  • Easy domain switching – A simple checkbox lets you enable domain selection for each tag, and a dropdown allows you to pick the desired domain instantly.
  • Publisher-specific mapping – Retargeting tags can be customised for each publisher, improving segmentation and reporting.

How does it work?

1. Select a publisher and add the retargeting code.

2. Trackier generates the script automatically.

3. Place the script on your website. Changes will show in 5 to 10 minutes.

4. Only <script> tags are accepted. Reports for your retargeting pixel remain visible on the original ad platforms.

2. Campaign Access via Secure URL

Campaign Access via Secure URL

Sharing campaign information with publishers has become faster and more secure. Trackier now allows campaign page URLs to be included in CSV exports, giving assigned publishers direct access to campaign details without compromising security.

What has been improved?

  • Publisher campaign URLs in CSV – Each campaign’s CSV export now has a direct link to the campaign page.
  • Automatic login and access control – Publishers who are assigned to campaigns and registered on Trackier can access the detailed campaign page instantly, without additional login steps.
  • Secure sharing – Only authorised users can view campaign details.

How does it work?

1. Go to Manage Campaigns.

2. Click on the Bulk Action and select Export CSV.

3. Share the CSV via email or newsletter.

4. Publishers click the link under the “Publisher_Campaign_URL” column and are automatically redirected to the detailed campaign page.

3. Publisher Registration Details Verification Via PAN

To reduce fraudulent signups and improve compliance, Trackier now verifies key publisher registration details in real-time.

What has been improved?

  • PAN verification – PAN is validated via the Income Tax API. Checks format and active status instantly.
  • GSTIN validation – Adds a conditional field for GST details. The system validates input against the GST registry.
  • Bank account verification – Publishers can upload encrypted bank details (IFSC + account number). A small deposit workflow confirms account ownership.

How does it work?

1. Admins enable verification by going to Customize → Signup Questions.

2. Add PAN as a mandatory field.

3. Publishers must provide PAN during signup.

4. Valid PAN → Status marked as Active, Invalid PAN → Invalid PAN Number.

5. Bank and GST validation happen automatically in real-time.

4. Custom Default IPDB Setting for Smarter IP Resolution

With the growing use of IPv6, accurate IP-based geolocation is critical. Trackier now allows admins to select the default IP database for IP resolution.

What has been improved?

  • Global or per-advertiser setting – Use the “ipdb.default_source” flag to set the default IP database at a global or advertiser-specific level.
  • IPv4 or IPv6-optimised – Choose the database optimised for your traffic type.
  • Automatic routing – It routes all IP resolution enquiries to the specified database, thereby providing precise geolocation. 

5. Conversion Update Webhooks

Previously, conversions were only tracked at the initial point of conversion and webhook notifications were sent out only at that time. Trackier now sends real-time updates whenever a conversion changes, making tracking more reliable and transparent.

What has been improved?

  • Trigger the new webhook if a conversion is
    • Approved, rejected, or cancelled
    • Updated in order amount or payout
  • Comprehensive payload – It includes conversion ID, conversion status, order amount, payout amount, last updated timestamp, and optional comments.
  • Reliability and visibility – Built-in retry logic ensures delivery, dashboard logs track all webhook attempts.
