Trackier’s July 2025 product updates focused on strengthening tracking security, improving the access level of see reports, and making everyday campaign management simpler and efficient.
These enhancements will help performance marketers, publishers, and operations teams to have more control, better privacy, and seamless workflows across the platform.
What’s New?
This month brings major updates that focus on tracking security, role-based access, automation expansion, and UI level operational improvements.
1. Migration to Long ID for Campaign and Publisher Tracking URLs
We have enhanced Trackier’s tracking architecture to support Long-ID-based tracking links instead of relying on short ID links as the primary format.
This change has been introduced to significantly improve security, as Long IDs cannot be manipulated from the affiliate side to gain unauthorized access to public or permission-based campaigns.
Short ID links will still be generated by default initially to ensure smooth compatibility, while Long ID links will be available upon request for partners who require higher security and privacy standards.
Key improvements:
- Short ID links will still be generated by default at first for smoother compatibility.
- Long ID links are on demand for partners who want better privacy.
- Any links on short ID will still work; they will automatically redirect to the correct long ID link using fallback rules.
- Long IDs reduce reverse engineering risk, which improves privacy and security.
2. Report-Only Access for Operations Managers (OPM)
To strengthen data security, we have refined the role permissions for operations managers.
What’s new?
- OPM users now have access governed by role-based permissions, with primary visibility focused on reports and performance analytics.
- They do not have access to sensitive campaign-level detail, including high-value data on the campaign details page.
- Their workflow is now routed exclusively to managing reports, analytics, and performance metrics.
3. Integration with Cuelinks
We have integrated Cuelinks to provide seamless access to offer and conversion data for publisher accounts.
This integration follows the same framework as our existing e-commerce automation partners, ensuring standardized and predictable data syncing.
What does the integration offer?
- Automated fetching of offers from Cuelinks.
- Automatic import of conversion data.
- Multi-account support for publishers working across multiple Cuelinks profiles.
- Reduced manual setup with simple automated onboarding.
4. Tags and Verticals Support in Campaign Management
To improve campaign visibility and navigation, we have added two new columns, Tag and Vertical, to the manage campaign listing page.
These fields now act as clear campaign identifiers and also play a functional role in smart traffic routing through SmartLinks.
What is improved?
- Users can now see the Tag and Vertical for every campaign directly from the listing page.
- Tags are now directly used with SmartLinks to intelligently redirect traffic to the most relevant campaigns.
- No need to open individual campaigns to check classification.
- Faster filtering and management for teams handling large campaign volumes.
Why Does it Matter?
| Update Category | Value Delivered |
| Long ID Migration | Strengthens security, eliminates short-ID vulnerabilities, and ensures stable tracking for all partners. |
| OPM Access Restriction | Protect sensitive campaign data and ensure team roles align with operational responsibilities. |
| Cuelinks Integration | Automates offer/conversion data imports, reduces manual effort, and expands monetization options for publishers. |
| Tags and Verticals in Campaign List | Improves efficiency and makes campaign navigation, filtering, and classification significantly easier. |
