1. Shiprocket Integration for Real-Time Order Lifecycle Tracking
Trackier now supports a native Shiprocket webhook integration, allowing real-time syncing of order lifecycle events directly into your Trackier panel.
This integration allows conversion status to be more aligned with actual fulfillment events like shipping, completion, or refunds.
What is new?
- Native integration – Trackier webhook endpoint under Integrations → Third-Party
- Support for key events across the order lifecycle.
- Each event can be mapped to a Trackier conversion status.
- Optional payout adjustment based on order status changes.
- End-to-end delivery logs for monitoring webhook events.
How does it work?
- Webhook-based event ingestion – Shiprocket sends order updates to the Trackier webhook endpoint.
- Status mapping inside Trackier – Each Shiprocket event is mapped to a corresponding conversion status in Trackier to maintain accurate attribution and payouts.
- Automated retries and logging – Failed webhook deliveries are retried automatically (up to 5 attempts in 24 hours), with detailed logs available for troubleshooting.
2. Lost / Missing Orders: Bulk CSV Import with Full Audit Trail
To help advertisers and networks recover missed opportunities, Trackier now supports bulk import of lost or missing orders via CSV uploads.
What is new?
- New import lost orders page under Conversions → Lost/Missing
- CSV upload support with structured fields:
- Campaign Name/ID
- Order Date
- Order ID
- Order Value
- Click ID
- Comments
- Imported orders flow directly into conversion validation.
Conversion Workflow Integration

Supported Flow: Two-Click PIN Model
- Send PIN (Click Logged) – User enters mobile number → OTP is sent → click is recorded.
- Verify PIN (Conversion Recorded) – User enters OTP → verification succeeds → conversion is logged.
