In Trackier Platform you can send an email notification to publishers, advertisers in Rich Text HTML format. To access the notifications center click on Notifications from the left menu. Users can view notifications from the top nav barbell icon.

Creating Notifications

From Notifications Page click on Add new notification button, enter a subject, message and User selection.

User Selection has three different options

After selecting one of the above options you can add or remove the user from target or by default select All

Schedule later option allows you to send notification later. Now hit Save.

If you click on “Send” without checking Send Mail then it will be sent as Notification and visible to targeting category on Bell icon on top

Managing Notifications

In Trackier platform you can view all your notifications at one place with Sender data and Message, you can delete notification if you want.

System Generated Notifications

Trackier also sends many systems generated notifications to reduce your workload on notifying your publishers, the following are a list of notifications send :

  • CAP Update/Reached
  • Account Register
  • Account Status
  • Publisher/Campaign Payout Change
  • PostBack
  • Campaign Permission Access for Publishers
  • Tracking Link Status
  • Campaign Status

Whenever there is an update on any status, a network admin can audit that through Timeline

Automated Email template

You can access this option by Customize > Email Template

Email_Notification

we have added this option to send an automated email to Publisher and Advertiser at the various event takes place.

  • Publisher Account Register This email notification will trigger when a new publisher register on your panel
  • Advertiser Account Register This email notification will trigger when a new advertiser register on your panel
  • Advertiser Account Register This email notification will trigger when a new advertiser register on your panel
  • Account Approve This email notification will trigger when a user account is approved on your panel
  • Account Ban This email notification will trigger when a user account is banned on your panel
  • Campaign Status Change This email notification will trigger when any campaign status is changed manually
  • Change in Campaign CAP This email notification will trigger when any campaign CAP is added or deleted
  • Change in Campaign Payout This email notification will trigger when any campaign payout is changed
  • Assign Campaign to Publisher This email notification will trigger when any campaign access is granted to any publisher
  • Campaign Access This email notification will trigger when any campaign permission is granted to any publisher
  • Campaign Creatives Update This email notification will trigger when any campaign creative is added or deleted
  • Campaign Targeting Update This email notification will trigger when any campaign targeting is updated
  • Campaign Targeting Update This email notification will trigger when any campaign targeting is updated
  • Campaign Targeting Update This email notification will trigger when any campaign targeting is updated
  • Publisher Campaign Request This email notification will trigger when any publisher request permission for campaign access. (Note: The request email will be sent to Account Manager of the publisher only)
  • Integration Import Campaign This email notification will trigger when any campaign import integration is completed

You can customize these template and different template macro as per need.

SMTP Settings (Optional)

To send email notifications to your publisher via your domain, you have to set the SMTP setting in Domain Customise. You can get SMTP details from your email id provider. You can access this feature by Customize > Domain > SMTP Domain

SMPT_domain

  • SMTP Server: Enter your mail/SMTP server IP or domain.
  • SMTP  “From” Email Address: For all emails sent from Trackier, this will appear as the ‘from’ email address (unless overridden in specific email templates).
  • SMTP Server “From” Name: For all emails sent from Trackier, this will appear as the sender’s name.
  • SMTP Username: If required, enter mail server username here.
  • SMTP Password: If required, enter mail server password here.
  • Port Number: Enter mail server port number here (Default: 25).
  • Security Type: Enable this option if your mail server required transmission via SSL/TLS or  STARTTLS.

Now hit save. Enter your email in Send Test Mail to test the settings are correct.
